We are pleased to anounce the birth of the Interforum Union of Pes Wii Association : IUPWA (say "youpwa")

The IUPWA is in charge of organising the interforum competitions of PES on the Wii console. As of today, the affiliated Forums are :
- Jeux Wii Online / J-W-O.fr (french forum) : https://jeux-wii-online.forumgaming.fr
- PES WII PAL (spanish forum) : http://peswiipal.foroactivo.com

The main competition organised by the IUPWA is the Champion's League. Each season, it will gather the best players of the affiliated forum.

• each forum has to organise each season a local championship with at least 8 active players
  
• The players who are the best ranked in the local competition are qualified for the next season Champion's League
  
• it is recommended to qualify the 3 best ranked players of the championship, plus the winner of the cup if a cup is organised on the forum. But each forum can arrange his own rules to decide who is qualified. What is required is that the rule are known before the competitions.
  
• only active players can be sent to the Champion's League
  
• the Champion's League is organised first with a group phase (2 groups of 4 players if 2 affiliated forums), then by knockout matchs, like for the "real" Champion's League. The groups are determined by drawing lots, with seeded players and several hats. Each group should have an equal number of players from each forum.
  
• the others details of the organisation are left to the organisers of each season.
  

Apart from the Champion's League, the IUPWA may organise other competitions.
